The "Protocol" is a system of rules around eating and weight loss. There are 4 phases to the Protocol where you receive information, instructions and support. In the first 3 phases you learn how to lose weight and break plateaus to reach your goal weight. In the 4th phase you learn how to maintain your goal weight for the rest of your life.
Karen Mutiva is a wife and mother. After reaching the age of 50 she believed weight loss was insurmountable because of her age and thyroid issues. M'rutzah Yehudah is a mom of 6. She had gestational diabetes during 3 out of 6 pregnancies and was concerned it could turn into full blown diabetes.
